Terms and Data License

1. What you are buying

Each data pack is a one-time license to download and use the described company-level dataset. No ownership of the underlying data or intellectual property is transferred.

2. Permitted use

You may use a purchased pack inside your organization for market research, account mapping, CRM enrichment, analytics, and lawful B2B operations.

3. Prohibited use

You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the file. You may not use it for spam, unlawful discrimination, surveillance, harassment, credit or employment eligibility decisions, or any activity that violates privacy, marketing, sanctions, or consumer-protection law.

4. Your compliance obligations

You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis for your use, honoring opt-outs, maintaining suppression lists, and complying with rules that apply to your jurisdiction and communication channels.

5. Data quality

Business data changes over time. Packs are provided as of the snapshot date shown on the product page. Leads Pro does not guarantee that every field is complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision.

6. Delivery and refunds

Delivery occurs when the paid order page makes the private file available. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and data are provided “as is.” Leads Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of a pack.
