Before downloading
If you purchased the wrong pack and have not downloaded it, contact us promptly. We will review cancellation or exchange requests in good faith.
Delivery problems
If the paid file cannot be delivered, is corrupt, or materially differs from the product description, we will repair the delivery, replace the file, or issue a refund.
After a successful download
Because digital data cannot be returned, completed downloads are generally not refundable for change-of-mind requests. This does not affect statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
How to request help
Email hello@leads-pro.co with the Creem order ID, the pack name, and a short description of the issue.
