Information we collect

When you browse the site, our infrastructure may process IP address, device, request, security log, aggregate page-performance data, and session-level campaign details such as UTM parameters, the landing path, and the referring domain. Campaign details are kept in browser session storage and attached to checkout records so we can understand which traffic leads to purchases. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to measure page views and performance without tracking individual visitors. When you buy a pack, Creem processes your payment details and sends Leads Pro order identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and customer contact details needed to support the order.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the site, prevent abuse, confirm payment, deliver files, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides site delivery, security, compute, private storage, and privacy-first web analytics. Creem provides payment processing and receipts. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We retain order and security records only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, support, and legal obligations. Paid files are stored in private Cloudflare storage and are not exposed through a public file URL.
