Scope of the downloadable packs

The first public data packs contain company-level information and exclude personal email addresses and personal phone numbers.

Access, correction, and deletion

If you believe information about you or your business appears in Leads Pro, you can request access, correction, suppression, or deletion. Email hello@leads-pro.co with “Data Rights Request” in the subject line and enough information to locate the relevant record.

Verification

We may request limited information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send government identification unless we specifically explain why it is necessary.

Suppression

When appropriate, a suppression marker may be retained so that a removed record is not reintroduced in a later refresh.

Timing

We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. If we need more information, we will explain what is missing.
